Formula total: ~700ml/day (4×175ml). Breastfeeds continue as needed, especially at night. Don't let total formula drop below 500ml.

Meals are paired across 2 days so you can batch-cook once and refrigerate for day 2. Store in airtight container in the fridge, use within 24 hours. Reheat gently.

All purées should still be completely smooth. Introduce one new ingredient every 2–3 days. Peanut butter & egg: 2–3x per week each for allergy prevention.
